All sold goods (including stationery, equipment, consumables, etc.) are Final sales and do not support returns, refunds or exchanges.
Exception: If you receive damaged or wrongly shipped items, please provide photo/video evidence to contact@officestationsx.com within 48 hours of signing for them and we will verify and process them.
- Reasons for not accepting returns
For hygiene and compliance reasons, the following product categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
Unopened ink, toner and other consumables
Customized products (such as stationery printed with the company LOGO)
Digital products such as software authorization codes and electronic documents
- Customer Responsibility
Please confirm the model, specification and compatibility of the product (such as the compatible model of printer consumables) before placing an order.
It is recommended to choose a reliable logistics company for collection on your behalf. We do not assume responsibility for any lost items caused by mistakes at the collection point.
- Dispute Resolution
If you think the received goods have quality problems or are seriously inconsistent with the description:
Provide the order number and clear problem proof (photos/videos);
Email to contact@officestationsx.com with the subject line 【 Dispute Resolution 】;
We will investigate and provide a solution (such as reissue or partial compensation) within three working days.
